Welcome to the Utah Health Zoom Resources Page.  If you are looking for Utah Zoom Account information, please check out our Utah Zoom Resources page.  What is an Utah Health Zoom Account?  Think of it as a more secure account than your standard Zoom account, but is also HIPAA compliant.  Also, LMS Zoom Accounts, while are secure, are not HIPAA Compliant, and as you will see on this page we will show you how to check your Zoom Account to see if it is an Utah Health Zoom Account, how to convert it to an Utah Health Account if it isn’t, and how to log in to your Utah Health account if and when you are logged out or log out for any other reason.  You can easily convert from one kind of Zoom Account to the other following these instructions.  Converting accounts will not change current meetings that you have already set up.

One more thing to note about converting from a normal Zoom account to an Utah Health account: an Utah Health account is a DIFFERENT account.  That means that even if your meetings still carry over after the conversion, a lot of the settings you used like Recording, Screen Sharing, Break Out Rooms, etc. may not carry over.  So, after you convert from one kind of Zoom account to another, please, check your Zoom settings on the website to make sure all the settings you want are enabled.  If some settings now are not allowed after the conversion, please contact IT for assistance.  Thank you.
